Dear students, teachers and parents !
☺ Many students are writing (and some are going to write) their annual exams. Kindly note the following points and motivate the students to prepare and write the exams with confidence !
☺ Exams are the part of the life for everyone. One has to come out in flying colors in the exams for marching forward in life.
☺ Every doctor, engineer, administrator, chartered accountant, judge, advocate……… had written exams for reaching the status they are holding now and also for further elevation. For progress and development exams are inevitable without exemption.
☺ Everyone in this world who prepares for the exams / competitions / challenges will have the fear and one should have the awareness and consciousness that the fear is not for you alone, it is universal !
☺ Many people will have to face the challenges like contesting for election, for leadership, which is also an examination, the fate will be decided by others where as here the students can decide their fate.
☺ Whether we like it or not for elevating / progressing / developing / growing in the life exams are part and parcel of the existence in the modern world.
☺ Even for getting promotion one has to write exams and attend interviews. That means exams are a continuous process in life.
☺ Albert Einstein, Rabindranath Tagore, Sir Isaac Newton, Sir C. V. Raman, Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru and anyone whose names come to your mind have written examination for their achievements.
☺ Marks and admission for the future course are the two criteria which create fear/ problems in the mid of the students other than the tension created by the parents and teachers.
☺ Remember that now a days thousands of colleges and academic institutions of international name and fame are coming up and getting admission for higher studies even for an average student is not difficult.
☺ High marks are important but it is not the end of the life, marks are only means for the life.
☺ None bothers about the marks scored by Dr. Abdul Kalam / Mahatma Gndhi, Mubarak Obama …. in their examinations. The marks are important only upto a level (not for ever in life).
☺ Lower marks need not be fatal/ suicidal; it can also give opportunity to think alternatives in life.
☺ Many great men might not have even a degree like Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Ramana Maharshi, Sankarachaarya, Jesus Christ, Socrates and so on.
☺ Many great industrialists are holding only simple graduation/ or less than that like the founders of Tata, Godrej, Infosys and so on.
☺ Many high degree holders in IAS, IFS, IRS, FRCS, Ph. D are failure in their professional life. One need not be always successful in life on the basis of higher qualification or marks.
☺ Do not think that only doctors / engineers / professionals / IT men can survive in this world. There are many options for a happy life for a dedicated sincere student.
☺ Now a days there are many options in modern India and need not look overseas for better opportunities/ education / money. Even Americans and Europeans are coming to India for job & higher studies.
☺ Jobs are not guaranteed always on marks or qualifications. The merits of knowledge, experience and character are getting counted in many organizations.
☺ Read, write, recollect whatever is to be studied for the exams. Systematically and sincerely prepare for exams and come out in flying colors.
☺ Let the teachers and parents bless you with these words “ prepare and write the exams without tension my dear child! Face every challenge in life with stabilized mind ! We are with you whether you get outstanding marks or not! Now you focus only on preparation and writing the exams! Do not think about the results, admissions and rewards ! Our prayer and blessing will always be with you!”
☺ Let the teachers tell “getting higher marks is important. But that alone is not enough for a meaningful life. Let you, my dear student become good in mind and great in profession. Let you not worry too much about exams and results”
☺ Let the parents and teachers guide the students by saying “ the experience of living is life and not the preparation for living !”
☺ Let the friends motivate each other saying “there are happiness and sorrow, ups and downs, success and failure, smiling and crying, loss and profit … in our life. Let us convert the negatives of life into positives. That is the real challenge in a successful life!”
☺ MESSAGE! Get up at least at 5.00 am for optimum brain activity, pray for 30 secs. Sitting on the bed for cleaning the mind, do morning bath for cleaning the body, pray minimum for ten mins for activating the mind, do praanayaama by taking 15 times deep breaths for cleaning lungs for oxygen intake, do five soorya namaskaara for a ahealthy body, drink about 5 glass of water in the morning for cleaning blood, study by keeping the face towards east for brain activation, write whatever studied in the previous day for improving memory, recollect them calmly, never get nervous, never sleep too late and get up too early, do not worry about exams, everything in this world will come and go like that the exams will come and they will go. Nothing is permanent. Change the thoughts from the exams to other subject whenever you feel nervous on the subject. Take the mind to movies /stories /good and memorable experiences and so on or sing a good film song.
☺ One has to face the life and convert negatives into positives. Never use liquor / drugs /smoking / pan parag / in your life. Live with good vegetarian food for a healthy body.
☺ Don’t be too much crazy for money and luxury. Enjoy the life positively with family members for the society, for our motherland, for our culture and for the good aspects of heritage.
☺ Remember that how long we are living is less important that how we are living.
☺ Let every student be sincere, devoted, dedicated, confident, patriotic, faith and live with a spirit of accommodation by facing any challenges in life with confidence.
☺ Remember that money, comfort, luxury, position and so on shall be available from outside. But happiness has to come from within our mind.
☺ Hope you will follow the above points which are the messages of the great sages of India.
☺ My dear students, teachers and parents let us all motivate ourselves and our students/children for becoming good and great in their life. !

MESSAGES FOR A SYSTEMATIC & CUSTEMATIC LIFE
· Discussion with students, teachers and parents could give us the opportunity to understand a series of the problems faced by them in their day to day life. We would like to put the following suggestions for streamlining our life to reduce the fear, anger, tension and complexes in our mind and to lead a meaningful life.
· Try to do any work including studying systematically and make it a time bound systematic activity.
· Write down each and every minor and major work to be done and prepare a list/ schedule and √ mark the work after completing each of them.
· Remember to note down even the minute work including telephone calling/ sending emails / writing notes, etc.
· When all the listed work is over, do the pending work of the previous day or add the work to be done next day ( provided you have energy and time).
· If a few minutes rest while working continuously, take even a nap or make a round in home / office / work area to give rest for the brain and mind.
· If needed reading can be changed to writing or recollecting or explaining to others. Or change the subject to give a working rest to brain.
· Change the activity/ work in between a long work. It freshens the mind and brain like we take salty food in between sweets.
· Try to learn something new everyday simple or complicated and practice that day onwards.
· Try to reduce anger, fear, tension, ego, aversion, jealously… by changing the thinking pattern to something else when the mind is roaming in the above negatives.
· Changing the mind and thoughts is easy if it is taken to a good movie/ song or something good to remember.
· Listen good non superstitious spiritual discourses which can give new ideas, guidance, relief, etc for changing the mind and vision from negative to positive..
· Do not get over disturbed from the negatives in the newspaper/ TVs. The system can adjust many of these negatives. Becoming tensed for these issues may be a waste of time and energy.
· How ever never do any negatives to self, family, colleagues, society, culture and to our nation. Nor support those who do the negatives.
· There were bribes, frauds, politricks and different types of adharmic activities done by individuals or groups in the past and will be there in the future also. What we can expect and act are to reduce those negatives.
· Never use liquor, cigerrates, paan paraag or those which create permanent health problems. Stop them from today onwards..
· Remember that animals have pain, feelings and right to live in this world like us. Never eat their meat and never support killing the animals by way of eating the meat..
· Experience the pain suffered by animals when they are butchered cruelly, by making a deep wound using a blade in our own body. The same level of pain is suffered by every animal when it is cruelly butchered. Remember this while sitting on the dining table.
· Keep a spiritual and philosophical outlook and vision in life, towards others, water, earth, air, plants and all those which are around us and remember that we are not permanent here in this world. And remember that they are needed for us and we are not need for them,
· Keep a deep non superstitious faith in the omnipotent omnipresent divine power present within us and in others.
· Protect the dharma and our culture which existed world over for the last ten millennia. Now it is being spread world over again. Scientists, thinkers and scholars are accepting Indian thoughts everywhere in the world. It is the property of the world which belongs the Hindus, Christians and Muslims of India.
· Dharma will protect those who protect dharma and dharma will annihilate those who destroys dharma. Be dharmic everywhere and always.
· Become good and great in every activity. Remember that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction to be experienced by the actor. Survival of the fittest is a non Indian message ; Indian message is survival of the noblest which is the sustainable truth and fact.
· All those civilization which existed with the force of weapons and muscle power got wiped out from the world. Indian civilization and culture are spreading the light for the world, because it has been noble and dharmic.
